1. Service

AISG is a systematic security assessment platform for software applications, including AI/LLM applications. It orchestrates proven open-source security tools to help you identify weaknesses early — before they become incidents. AISG performs layer-1 prevention scanning (SAST, SCA, secret scanning, infrastructure checks, URL assessment, and LLM red-team sensors) and produces risk-scored reports for human review.

Results are indicative, not proof of exploitability. Every finding must be reviewed and validated by a human security professional before any remediation decision.

2. Accounts & Tiers

• Community — free plan with limited monthly scans and count-only reports.
• Beginner / Expert — paid subscription plans with higher scan quotas, target limits, and full reports.
• Enterprise — custom plan negotiated with sales; additional audit-grade features.
• Scan Pack — one-time add-on that unlocks additional scans and targets.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share access to a paid account beyond its permitted seats.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must only scan targets you are authorized to assess — your own systems, or systems for which you have explicit written permission from the owner. Unauthorized scanning may violate applicable laws, and you are solely responsible for your use.
• You must not use AISG to probe infrastructure of third parties without authorization, to exfiltrate data, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the AISG platform itself.

4. Fees & Payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Midtrans). By purchasing you agree to pay the applicable fees. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may be updated with notice. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The AISG platform — its engine, correlation, policy, and decision logic — is proprietary. AISG orchestrates open-source components as unmodified, isolated external processes; it does not claim ownership of, or endorsement from, any third-party project. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. See the Legal page for full third-party notices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AISG is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that scanning results are complete, accurate, or free of false positives/negatives.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using AISG at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
